    I BOUGHT THIS TO HELP WITH MY ARTHRITIS AND IT HAS CERTAINLY HELPED. I KNOW THAT YOU NEED THE BLACK PEPPER TO RELASE THE CURCUMIN. I HAVE ALSO READ THAT TUMERIC HELPS WITH OTHER ORGANS IN THE BODY.

    Try and stick with these turmeric & black pepper capsules, they�re not like prescribed painkillers where joint pain is relieved after 20-30mins , I didn�t start to feel any benefit with the capsules for approx. 4mths, knee joints feel a lot better plus taking the turmeric has so many other health benefits too .
