    15 days after starting it - full dose - my right wrist is now free of osteo arthritis pain. A further 12 days or so onwards and 99% of the pain in my left wrist has gone. Additionally, my feet joint pain (where I haven't had surgery) is much lessened - I am still on full time painkillers but without the turmeric I was still in a lot of pain and having to work around doses rather than be free to walk at anytime of the day.
