    Easy to swallow and seem ok so far but only been taking these for a month so too early to tell. I feel good.

    I had pain in my knuckle, so bad that I couldn�t open a plastic bottle. Once i started these capsules pain reduced within days. Now, 6 months later, i barely notice any pain. I would say it reduced 90% of the pain.

    Not worth paying so much for. You can just use small amounts of turmeric in cooking and get the same result. Plus why do the capsules need to have black pepper in them.

    I started taking this product last year and after about 8 months , I decided I didn't think it really made much difference and stopped. Boy did I notice I'd stopped! My arthritis returned with a vengeance! I think I just didn't realise what a difference it did make. I have now started taking it again
